Jana Vikas is known for giving field based internship programmes to students (18+) and young professionals from different background, locally or internationally who join Jana Vikas for a month or more to exchange their skills and experiences. The interns are guided by a mentor who is responsible to help them to develop their skills in certain areas of interest. At the end of the programme the interns get First hand development management experience, Social research, analysis, and advocacy skills and opportunity to sharpen leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
Students from BJB collage, NISWASS, BISWASS, SRUSTY Academy- Bhubaneswar, Emanuel Business School – Hyderabad, etc came for their internship programs to Jana Vikas and were happy with their experience and exposures.
